Holiday home at the Costa Blanca in Spain
We offer our semi-detached house Rosalalinda in Moraira for holiday rent. Rosalalinda is located at the end of the street in a small residential area (16 houses) in a quiet, green area with a communal garden, tennis court and swimming pool. A stone’s throw away is the Ifach golf course. The attractive center with many shops, terraces and restaurants is just a 5 minutes drive away, as is the marina and the beach.
The House
The house is stylishly decorated and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet and washing/drying-machine) and a living room with sitting area (TV with Dutch and Free to air channels and/or Chromecast), 2/3 seater sofa, coffee table and armchairs) and dining area (dining table with 4 chairs). Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The furnished terrace with BBQ offers a magnificent sea view. Furthermore, there is air conditioning, central heating, built-in fireplace, fiberglass WIFI, a small safe, shutters and mosquito nets and private parking.

Moraira
Moraira is an old fishing village, on the east coast of Spain between Calpe and Dénia, called “Costa Blanca” (Spanish for white coast), located in the so-called Marina Alta, the northern, green and mountainous area between Dénia and Altea. Moraira has managed to retain its own character. You will not find any high buildings in Moraira. With more than 300 sunny days per year is Moraira an ideal stay for the wintertime.
l´Ampolla
The coastline alternates between rocky outcrops and sandy beaches go down very slowly into the calm sea. The largest beach is l´Ampolla and is located directly south of the centre of Moraira. The beach is about 25 to 30 meters wide and on the south side it turns into a rocky area where you can snorkeling.
El Portet
The beautiful shell-shaped sandy beach in the picturesque bay El Portet is located on the north side of Moraira and is a few meters wide. At the two extremes it is about twenty metres wide. In this bay the sea has a beautiful azure blue colour when the sun shines. This beach offers a more authentic atmosphere, as you will find here in the weekends the Spanish families enjoying a delicious meal.

Payments/cancellation: You make a deposit of 30% at the latest 5 days after the confirmation of “Los Mofletes” to make the reservation final. The remainder of the booking amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the arrival day of the stay. In case of late or incomplete payment “Los Mofletes” is entitled to unilaterally cancel the booking. Payments can only be made by bank transfer. In case of cancellation there will be no refund of the amount paid.
You pay the deposit for any damage, missing goods and not leaving the property correctly. The house must be left broom clean, without garbage or dishes. Also the consumption of gas, water and electricity will be deducted from the deposit (afterwards or for longer stays per month). If the damage or loss cannot be covered by the deposit, you will have to pay the remaining amount.
Note: In summer the airconditioning uses a lot of electricity and in winter the central heating uses a lot of gas. We advise you to turn it off when you are not in the house and not to set the temperature too low or high.
Carport: You can park your (rental) car underneath the carport. The neighbour’s friendly request is not to park the car too far into the carport, so she can open her door completely and get in/out easily.
One week before the arrival day of your stay we will send you an email with the name and phone number of our representative on the spot, the address and a route description. Please let us or our representative know the expected time of arrival and again when you are on your way to Moraira.
He/she explains the house, where the pool/tennis court is located and where you can dispose of the garbage.
Don’t forget to record the meter readings on arrival and departure.
A linen package for 2 persons consists of: 2 tea towels, 2 kitchen towels and a dishcloth, 4 towels, 2 fitted sheets, 2 pillowcases and 2 duvet covers.
